A psychic is just someone who can see or 'sense' things that are not obvious to most people...

All of us are already psychic, but have probably spent a good deal of our lives 'hiding' it, so as to not offend or freak-out people. What would happen if you 'just knew' what somebody was thinking, before they could say anything? How about before they came into the room? Or greeting somebody by name (correctly) on the phone, before they could open their mouth? If you hang-out with young children for any length of time, chances are you've gotten to see stuff like this a lot...

And this kind of thing can cause people to be just a tad bit nervous. And so we learn from an early age to 'hide' these abilities. And after years of hiding, we forget we had them to begin with...
